A truly unique and artistic venue is nestled on the Eastside of Austin featuring magical sights and charm. Sekrit Theater is an unusual spot, and Charlotte and Charlie thought it would be a wonderful place to celebrate their marriage–twice–in an intimate ceremony with their family close by.
Second Time’s the Charm
Unfortunately for Charlotte and Charlie, the COVID-19 pandemic put a damper on things when they originally got married. Nobody was able to attend the first time, so they decided to have a re-do wedding to share the love and happiness with the people who matter most to them. They had eloped in the same location a year earlier, but now they got to enjoy a renewal and a proper celebration.
“It was so special to have everyone there with us, and it meant so much that our family traveled across the world to attend.”
Surprise Guests and Perfect Weather
The weather was perfect and spirits were high as the couple and family prepared for the ceremony. Basically everything was the same as the previous year, and everyone was glad to work with the couple again for this special re-do. There was also an unexpected guest that arrived: a cute cat showed up and made itself at home to enjoy the attention from everyone! The couple realized that planning a wedding is a lot of work, and it’s important to make sure you have the time and space for it in your life. Once everything is planned and done, though, “It’s hands down the best feeling of accomplishment!”
