The timeless Parisian speakeasy-inspired atmosphere of Justine’s Secret House, complete with velvet chairs and plenty of chandeliers, provides a unique and unforgettable setting for any event. Natasha and Jason knew this was the perfect spot to make their dream wedding into a reality, and they brought many personal touches to the design and decor. Read on to learn how this intimate and gorgeous wedding came to be.

All the Personal Touches

While the venue itself has plenty of character and charm in its decor and furniture, Natasha and Jason brought many of their own ideas to enhance the setting and make it truly theirs. With a Tiffany lamp on the welcome table, Alphonse Mucha art featured on name cards, and a stained glass cake, every detail was considered and executed perfectly. The couple reports that the vendors they worked with were wonderful and up for making this dream into a reality.

Natasha also included many elements related to the couple’s cats, including signature cocktails, photo props, and cat portrait cookies to add some “Cat Nouveau” to the party. From quotes from beloved shows like The Office, Parks and Rec, and Friends on the cocktail napkins to a guestbook full of postcards the pair had sent each other over the years, each detail was meticulously crafted to create a truly unique wedding experience. Natasha and Jason are also huge trivia buffs, so a personalized trivia experience prior to the wedding made the weekend even more special.

From Dream to Reality

“Our biggest takeaway was how heartwarming it was to see our loved ones from all walks of life meet each other and really get to know and like each other over the three day weekend. We were so glad that our small wedding allowed for this kind of meaningful interaction.”

The couple were set on a wedding that felt small and intimate, so their guest list was comprised of 60 of their closest friends and families. The close atmosphere and small group made every moment special and meaningful and allowed the couple to fully enjoy themselves and their guests. While Natasha did all of the planning herself, she wanted to give a special shoutout to the Director of Events at Justine’s Secret House, Aly Stroobandt, for all of her help and patience in the planning and execution of the big day.

So Many Special Memories

Many moments stand out to the couple as the memories that will last a lifetime. Natasha’s best friend and Maid of Honor was a part of making the day special and created beautiful art for the couple’s save-the-dates and ketubah. They had a close friend officiate, and many others helped to make the weekend an unforgettable experience. Jason recalls how happy Natasha was when she walked into the venue to see her dream come to life as one of his favorite moments.
